Referrals or inquiries may come from LIDDAs, service coordinators, hospitals, discharge planners, transition programs, behavioral health professionals, families, guardians, and community partners. We also welcome private-pay inquiries and work with each individual or referring party to understand their needs and determine appropriate next steps.
